Bi-Monthly multi-point home inspection checklist

• Interior and exterior property evaluation
• Check all doors and windows
• Inspect Heat and Air Conditioning settings
• Inspect water heater, washer and dryer
• Inspect faucets, freezers and wine coolers
• We run all faucets momentarily to insure your drain traps stay filled with water
• Flush all commodes for the same purpose
• Visually inspect all sinks and faucets for any signs of supply-plumbing leaks
• Activate ceiling fans for 10 minutes
• Check all telephone lines, alarms, television, and audio
• Water indoor plants
• Operate garage doors
• Visually inspect your interior for signs of any pest entry and/or damage
• Inspect all exterior areas of property, gates and pool area
